SMM Safe is a global online platform for digital marketing assets and provides a social media marketing platform, technical services, and other digital asset-related services. Users must register, open an account, and deposit digital assets prior to social media marketing. SMM Safe does not provide investment or consulting advice and is not responsible for the use or interpretation of information on the platform.

When using certain features of SMM Safe Services, you may be subject to specific additional terms and conditions applicable to those features.

Before using SMM Safe Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are aware of the risks associated with social media marketing and their derivatives. SMM Safe shall not be responsible for any risk or adverse consequences.

By accessing, using, or attempting to use SMM Safe Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access SMM Safe or utilize SMM Safe services.

Always check description before placing an order. It's not possible to have more than one active order for the same service on a particular link. If you place multiple orders at the same time for the same link, the order will be considered complete.

Make sure you enter the correct link when placing the order. If ordering with the wrong link, the order will be considered as complete. Also if you delete the post or change the username after placing the order, the order will be considered as complete and no refund will be given.

Always check description before placing an order. The information provided in the service description (e.g., start time, speed) is an estimate and may change due to updates, unforeseen circumstances and limitations of the social media network.

Partial Status is when we partially refund the remains of an order. Sometimes we are unable to deliver a full order, so we refund you the remaining undelivered amount.

This is an automatic server, we are unable to cancel an order after you placed it. If possible to cancel or refund your order, it takes minimum 1-7 days.

The refill system works only when drop ratio is more than 10%. Refill requests must be made after 24 hours of completing an order. After receiving the refill request, it takes 1-7 days to complete.

No Refill Service means there is no acceptance in this service. So don't complain after ordering no refill service, even if it's not fully delivered.

SMM Safe may share personal information with marketing partners for targeting, modeling, and analytics, as well as marketing and advertising purposes.

SMM Safe retains personal information for as long as required to fulfill the relevant purposes described in this Privacy Notice or as required by law.

The completion time depends on the network structure of the particular payment method (Coinbase, Coinpayment, etc.). After the payment process is completed, it will be automatically added to the SMM Safe platform.

Before making any payment through the manual method, make sure the payment method is still active on the website. After successfully completing a manual payment, send the payment information through ticket on the SMM Safe platform.

If you think you will not take the service, you will not be able to get any money back through any payment gateway or method. You cannot take any legal action for refund. You must take the service. If you agree to the terms, then add the fund.

SMM Safe employees are expected to observe courtesy and respect when dealing with customers. Disrespect or obscenities may result in account suspension. SMM Safe is not responsible for failing to fulfill obligations during emergencies or force majeure events.
